Jaw broken in pub attack

A MAN suffered a fractured jaw after an unprovoked afternoon attack in a town bar.
The victim who was out with friends was knocked unconscious after being punched in the face in Coast Bar, Whitby Street, Hartlepool.
He was taken to the University Hospital of Hartlepool where he was treated for his injuries and police are investigating.
The assault happened in the bar at 2.15pm on Friday, August 22.
A Cleveland Police spokesman said: "He was punched to the face which resulted in a fractured jaw and being unconscious for a short while.
"This was an unprovoked attack on a man out enjoying himself with friends
"The victim has been unable to give any detail of the suspect wanted for the assault."
